About Me

Smiling woman with blonde hair wearing a black top and colorful beaded necklace.

Nice to meet you, I'm Coral!

Hi, I’m Coral, founder and therapist at Inner Phoenix Therapy. I believe healing begins in a space where people feel safe, supported, and truly seen. My approach blends traditional therapy with holistic practices to support emotional healing, self-awareness, and personal growth.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 20 years in business, developing a strong foundation in problem-solving, communication, and helping people navigate complex challenges. Today, I bring that same practical and compassionate approach into my work with clients.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy dancing, volleyball, music, mindfulness, and spending time with my dog, Bruno. I believe healing is not only about working through pain, but also reconnecting with joy, balance, and the parts of ourselves that feel most alive.

At Inner Phoenix Therapy, my goal is to help clients build resilience, heal from past experiences, and create meaningful change in their lives

What can you expect?

Partnering with You on Your Path to Healing...

At Inner Phoenix Therapy, you can expect a compassionate, collaborative, and personalized approach to care. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel comfortable exploring your emotions, challenges, and personal growth without judgment.
